We are currently seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to join our team. This position will act as a key driver for Nuri Grill by leading all marketing efforts of our business, drive the development of marketing strategies, execute marketing campaigns, and manage day-to-day marketing activities including developing content.

Essential Functions

  • Lead all marketing for Nuri brands, including but not limited to branding, calendar, media, social, website, CRM/email, PR, miscellaneous needs like business cards, banners.
  • Oversee Nuri agency and vendor partners and bring in new partners as needed.
  • Manage Open Table platform and leverage CRM tool to drive desired guest behaviors.
  • Oversee community management including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google, Yelp, Trip Advisor.
  • Lead all Grand Opening marketing plans as new restaurants open across DFW and the country.
  • Launch and manage LinkedIn profile.
  • Partner with VP of Operations to develop Nuri gear and manage any inventory.
  • Manage gift card program.
  • Local store marketing and catering/private dining outreach to the local community.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization; proven ability to write clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem identification, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently.
  • Friendly attitude in the face of adversity.
  • Attention to detail while working in fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate communication across diverse groups.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications, preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in hospitality and/or restaurant required (fine dining a plus).
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Knowledgeable of social media platforms and channels, including best practices.
